📦 Ordering & Customization
Can I customize the size or color of a piece?
Yes, we offer customization for both furniture color and size! You can choose from our catalogs, and we'll make it to your exact specifications. You can also change the material of any piece—for example, from velvet to leather—and we'll adjust the price to reflect the difference in material cost, but only if the material you choose is more expensive. Simply changing the color, however, won't change the price. Similarly, if you increase the size of a piece beyond the standard dimensions, there will be an additional cost.
What is your "Lead Time" for an order?
Our standard lead time is typically 20 to 25 days, though this can vary based on the current order volume, the size of your order, the complexity of the design, or if you have a custom design that isn't from our catalog. We always strive to provide an accurate estimate upon ordering
What payment methods do you accept?
Payment methods accepted are cash, bank transfers, and checks. Please be advised that orders will be confirmed or dispatched only after the check payment has cleared

What are your delivery charges?
Our delivery charges vary depending on several factors. To provide you with an accurate quote, we require confirmation of your order quantity, the exact delivery area or distance, and information about your location/Address, such as whether it's a house or an apartment building, which floor you're on, and whether there is elevator access
Do you offer "White Glove" delivery?
Yes, we do! Our trained team provides complete white glove service. We will carry your furniture inside, place it in the room of your choice, and fully set it up. If installation is required, such as for a bed frame or mounting a mirror, we handle that as well, including setting the mattress and ensuring everything is ready for use.
Do you deliver furniture outside karachi, to other cities in pakistan?
Yes, we do. there are two options:
Courier Service (TCS): We can dispatch your furniture via TCS. Please note that professional box packaging, to minimize risk during transport, incurs an immediate additional cost separate from the shipping charges themselves. While we label all items as 'fragile,' any damage during transit remains the third-party service's responsibility.
Our Private Vehicle: Alternatively, you may choose to use our private delivery vehicle. Depending on the distance, this may be a more expensive option
Can I track my order once it has been dispatched?
Yes, you can. If you choose TCS Courier, we will forward the official receipt with the tracking number to you as soon as it's dispatched. You can track your order using that tracking number
🔄 Returns & Cancellations
What is your return policy?
Because all of our products are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns. Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled, and items cannot be returned
What should I do if my furniture arrives damaged?
If your furniture arrives damaged via our private delivery, please let our driver know immediately before they leave. We will make note of the damage and work to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Can I cancel or change my order after it's been placed ?
Because we purchase materials immediately after confirming the order due to potential shortages, cancellations aren't possible. Limited changes to the design might be made, but not if they involve already purchased materials. For any change that increases the cost, you will need to pay the additional amount. If you wish to change the fabric color after it has been purchased, that fabric can be returned, but per their supplier's policy, a 20% restocking fee will apply, and you will need to cover the 20% extra cost for the new fabric
